And now ladies and gentlemen; three easy ways to drink responsibly.

First, have a good meal before you start the party. Second, pace your drinking. No more than one drink an hour. And third, alternate alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

So, let's review. To drink responsibly eat before you party, pace your consumption and alternate drinks. And here's a bonus tip. When you've had enough, stop!! Stop when you've had enough. Now isn't a novel idea?

And I also select secrets that cover the full spectrum of our human emotions. So, every week I am trying to select at least one secret that’s funny, or sexual, or joyful, or tragic, or philosophic, or confusing…” Sandy King likes the idea of sharing secret anonymously. “I think if you tell your secret to Post Secret or through other post cards type ways.
